What a despicable human being!
I'm not much of a beef eater, but I have been concerned about the quality of ground beef lately and I have been substituting ground turkey. My thinking is that I'd rather risk salmonella poisoning rather than e-coli, and, to tell the truth, I think that the turkey tastes at least as good as the ground beef. I do make sure that it is cooked thoroughly!
